Winter central air conditioning how to prevent freezing

A1: In winter, when the temperature in the mainframe room is below 0℃, anti-freezing measures should be taken for the mainframe, chilled water pump, and cooling water pump piping system.

1, the host of anti-freezing: the host condenser, evaporator import and export valves closed, waterproof valve and venting valve open, and then the use of compressed air or nitrogen will be blown out of the residual water;

2、 Anti-freezing of water pump and pipeline: keep the freezing/cooling water valve and pipeline free, open the drain valve of water pump pipeline at the lowest point, drain the water, and finally close the freezing/cooling water valve;

3、 When the ambient temperature is lower than 0℃ in winter, the water at the lowest point of the outdoor cooling tower and pipeline needs to be drained.

A2, Fresh air unit

1, when the ambient temperature is below 0 ℃, when the new air unit is not in use, the water in the water coil needs to be drained.

2, in order to ensure that all the water in the unit is drained, nitrogen can be used to access the water coil for purging.

A3, Expansion tank

1, when the ambient temperature is around 0 °, you can appropriately increase the thermal insulation effect of the expansion tank to ensure the water temperature and prevent freezing;

2、 When the ambient temperature is lower than 0 °, the expansion tank is set outdoors, you must turn off the main valve, drain the water.
